Mealforma is priced and billed in US dollars, to meal-prep companies anywhere.
What the price will never include
No percentage of your sales
Not now, not at renewal, not when you grow. You pay your plan’s flat price. Each plan includes a set number of kitchens, and each kitchen beyond that has a published monthly price. Your revenue is not an input to it.
No per-seat charges
Staff logins and driver logins are free. Charging per seat pushes small kitchens onto shared logins, which wrecks the audit trail — and charging per driver would tax you for delivering more.
Orders are never refused for being over your plan
Go past your plan’s volume and the shop keeps taking orders. Your best week is never cut short.
No fee at your customers’ checkout
Your customers pay your prices. Mealforma adds nothing to their bill. Card fees are Stripe’s own, paid from your own Stripe account.
